General Manager + Beverage Director
An industry veteran, Cody has spent the past 16 years working in nearly every facet of hospitality. Though an avid ’hospitalian’ on all fronts, he has found himself most drawn to the world of natural wine and terroir-driven spirits. Most recently, he was the Beverage Director at the multi-concept space Union Fare, before which he was Managing Partner and Beverage Director at Casa Neta Mezcaleria, and is a partner in Harding’s Restaurant. Cody has been featured in TimeOut New York, Liquor.com, Gothamist, and The Daily Meal, among numerous other publications. When not poring over the beverage lists at Anfora and expounding on the virtues of natural wine, Cody can be found cooking at home and planning yet another trip back to France (or the closest tiki bar). In September of 2022 he will be opening his own restaurant, an authentic all-day French bistrot called Libertine, also in the West Village.
